Floral Inspiration for your card making projects

Do you ever struggle with colours when creating your cards? Me too!

If you need to make a card and you’re lacking inspiration and you’ve already looked on Pinterest and at other people’s cards on social media, there are other things you can try to get your creative juices flowing again.

Now we are getting warmer days here in the UK, spending time outside is a great way to get your creative juices flowing. While you’re out and about take time to look at the beautiful flowers around you, there are so many colour combo ideas you could try in your next project! So the next time you’re struggling to put colours together for a card why not pop into your garden and take a look at your flowers for some inspiration :)

Here is a picture I took the other day while walking along the canal in Birmingham.

If you get inspired and make a card please do share it in my Facebook Group. I love seeing what people create and it’s lovely to know I’ve inspired you too :)

And here are some beautiful floral paper packs you could use in your projects, you can find them HERE

How to use digital stamps in a fun and creative way

Digital stamps are a fun and creative way to add a personal touch to your projects. They are basically digital images that you just download, print, and use in your digital or physical projects.

When it comes to using digital stamps, the possibilities are endless. Today I will share some ideas on how to use them.

1. Greeting cards

Digital stamps can be used to create unique and personalised cards for any occasion. From birthdays to anniversaries, you can use digital stamps to create beautiful and one of a kind cards that your friends and family will cherish.

2. Scrapbooking

If you are into scrapbooking, digital stamps can be a great addition to your collection. You can use them to create unique designs and embellishments for your scrapbook pages, making them truly one of a kind.

Here is a scrapbook layout featuring some of my digital stamps, sentiments and patterned papers.

3. Home Decor

You can use digital stamps to create unique artwork for your home. Print out your favourite digital stamp and frame it for an easy and affordable way to add something truly personal to your walls.

How lovely would this look in a nursery or childs bedroom!

4. Colouring Pages

The great thing about digital stamps is that unlike physical stamps they can be resized to whatever size you need. So they make great colouring pages for adults and children alike. Simply print out your favourite digital stamps and colour away for a fun and relaxing activity.

Overall, digital stamps are a versatile and affordable way to add some creativity and personalisation to your projects. Whether you are a crafter, scrapbooker, or just love to create, digital stamps are definitely worth exploring and adding to your crafting stash.

I really do love seeing what crafters create with my digital stamps and patterned papers so why not join my Facebook Group and share your projects with us!

New cute and cuddly Koala collection!

Hello!

If you're a fan of cute and cuddly animals, you're going to love the latest addition to my Etsy shop : 8 adorable koala digital stamps! These stamps are perfect for a adding a touch of cuteness to your projects, whether you're creating scrapbook pages, cards or home decor items.

What's great about digital stamps is that you can use them over and over again, resizing them to fit your project and printing them out as many times as you need. Plus, since they're digital, they're easy to store and won't take up any physical space in your craft room!

To use these koala digital stamps, simply download the file from my Etsy shop and import it into your favourite digital design software. You can then use the stamp like any other digital image, resizing, rotating, and layering it to create your desired effect.

In addition to my koala collection, I also have a variety of other digital stamps and patterned papers to choose from. Be sure to check out my full collection, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or special requests.

Mermay!

 Good evening!

So it's now May which means its Mermay month!

What is Mermay I hear you ask!?!

Well it is a month long challenge created to celebrate all things mermaid!

During the month of May you are prompted with a list released by the original creator to draw a mermaid every day for the entire month.

I was asked by one of my lovely followers Lisa to create a mermaid collection back in march so that she could use it to participate in the challenge.

So here is my Mermaid collection!

I had so much fun creating this collection, I hope you like it too! :)

It contains 16 digital stamps so that you can create lots of fun scenes to colour and I have even included some fun sea themed sentiments for you to turn your colouring projects into home decor items or birthday cards for a summer birthday.

Here is a card I created using one of the images and sentiments from the collection.

I teamed them up with some pretty papers from my Pastel Florals and Pink & Peach Florals paper packs.

If you decide to participate in Mermay and use one of my images then please do tag me so I can see your projects!
They always make me smile :)

Have a wonderful evening!
